What we collect

From the contact form or a telephone call: name, email address, the programme you asked about, and the message you send. If you attend, we keep a paper attendance note (name, dates, fee status) for studio records.

Why

We use this information to answer your enquiry, confirm a classroom place, handle refunds or rescheduling, and keep a simple record of who sat which cohort. We do not sell lists and we do not profile visitors for advertising.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before a contract, and attendance records to perform the enrolment you agreed. Where Georgian data-protection rules require a further ground, we rely on the legitimate need to run a small classroom safely.

Cookies

The public site may store one local preference about this banner. See the cookie notice. Rejecting that preference does not block pages, forms, or telephone enrolment.

Sharing

We do not pass your details to brokers or signal services. We may share information with an accountant or legal adviser if a refund or dispute requires it, or if Georgian law obliges us.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Attendance and payment notes for completed programmes are kept for up to five years for accounting and refund questions, then destroyed.

Your requests

You may ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete enquiry data that is no longer needed. Write to studio@file-anchorlane.click or visit the studio. We respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia in addition to writing to us.
