Terms of enrolment
These terms apply to classroom programmes, workshops, intensives, and private reviews offered by Anchor Lane Chart Institute.

What we provide
We provide in-person instruction in multi-timeframe chart reading. Instruction uses historical printed packs and table discussion. We do not execute trades, hold client money, manage accounts, or sell software licences.
Booking
A place is confirmed only after we reply in writing or by telephone with a date, fee, and what to bring. Listed prices on the site are informational. Payment details are given in that confirmation, not through this website.
Student work
Annotations you make in class remain yours. Printed packs supplied by the Institute may be kept. You may not copy cohort packs for resale or run a competing class from our sheets.
Conduct
The classroom is a study room. Recording of other students is not allowed. Instructors may ask anyone who disrupts a timed drill to leave that session without a substitute seat that evening.
No investment service
Nothing said at the board is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Examples are historical and educational.
Liability
To the extent allowed under Georgian law, we are responsible for providing the described classroom hours and materials. We are not responsible for trading results after you leave the studio.
Changes
We may change these terms for future enrolments. The version in force is the one linked on this site on the day we confirm your place.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes that cannot be settled by conversation may be brought before the competent courts of Georgia.
